He is survived by his wife, Cindy Suggs, parents, Frank Sr. and Dottie Suggs of Parrottsville, Son, Alex Ryan Suggs, daughter, Hunter Elexis Suggs Newport, aunts and uncles, Zola Henry of Dandridge, Lee Roy and Agnus Hurst of Mosheim, Ronnie Hurst and Linda Maynard of Newport, Elmer Hurst of Dandridge, Debbie and Tom Hollifield of Parrottsville, John and Ellen Suggs of Newport, O.L. and Annetta Suggs of Cosby, Bill Suggs of Newport, Mary and Phillip Hawk of Parrottsville, several cousins, family and friends. Funeral service will be held 7:00pm Friday, February 26, 2010 in the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with burial 1:00pm Saturday in the Suggs Cemetery.
