She was a member of Helton Springs Baptist Church, and was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Nellie Whitt, Sr.; husband Vaughn Noe, and brother, Arthur Whitt Jr. Survivors include her son, Glenn (Charlene) Noe of Rutledge; granddaughter, Vicky (Duane) Harrell of Rutledge; grandson, Bert Allen (Donna Kay) Noe of Morristown; step grandson, Greg Collins of Thorn Hill; great grandchildren, Dustin and Jordan Harrell, Blake and Braden Noe, step great granddaughter, Keshia Pierce; brother, Grover Whitt of Blaine; several nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral services will be 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 24, 2010 in the chapel of Smith-Reagan Funeral Home with Rev. Travis Bowen and Rev. Ted Phillips officiating. Graveside services will be Thursday, 11:00 A.M. in Helton Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
