Holt, age 74, of Bybee, passed away Friday, May 11, 2012 at his home. He was a member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church and Warrensburg Masonic Lodge 631. He was preceded in death by his parents Clifford and Ossie Holt, sisters Levonia Thompson and Loanna Smith. Survivors include his wife of 56 years Blanche Holt, daughter Melissa Owens(Phil), son Rodney Holt(Sherri), grandson Derrick Glenn Raines(Megan), great grandson Colby Drake Raines, brother Billy Holt along with several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Funeral service will be 8:00 p.m., Saturday, May 12, 2012 in the chapel of Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Green officiating. Masonic service will be 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Brown Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Sunday, May 13, 2012 at Liberty Hill Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Brown Funeral Home is honored to serve the Holt family.
