His family and friends will miss him greatly. He was a member of Smoky View Baptist Church. He was also a graduate of U.T. with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering. Preceded in death by his sister, Cheryl Whitlock. Survivors include parents, Fred and Dorothy Reagan from Louisville, TN.; brother-in-law, Kenneth Whitlock; niece, Kara Whitlock; nephew, Derek Whitlock all of Blount County. Visitation will be Friday Sept 8, 2006 from 6-8 p.m. with a memorial service at 8 p.m. Rev. Mike Thomas will be officiating.
