Jacqueline Ogle Holt, 69, of Newport passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at the Tennova Newport Medical Center.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend and will be sorely missed by many.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Ogle, Sr. and Della Ford Ogle, husband, Jerry Holt, brother, Charles Ogle, Jr, and grandson, Dalton Holt.
She is survived by her children, April (Jay) Birmingham of Middletown, DE, Roger (Kelly) Holt of Clayton, DE, and Michelle Parton of Newport, TN, grandchildren, Drew, Keegan, Dillon, Sydnee, and Savannah, brother, James (Susan) Ogle, sisters, Frances McCurdy and Terri (Harold) Lewis, aunt, Beth Freeman, sisters-in-law, Thelma Ogle, Edith Owens, and Clara Holt, brothers-in-law, Edward (Linda) Holt, Fred (Vicki) Holt, and Johnny (Lagatha) Holt, and a host of extended family.
The family would like to extend a sincere thanks to Terri and Harold Lewis and special niece, Amy Padgett for all the wonderful care given to Jaqueline during her time of need.
The family will receive friends from 12pm-2pm Saturday, September 5, 2015 at Brown Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 2pm with interment immediately following in the Union Cemetery.
