Pauline (Polly) Holt, age 81, of Bybee, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2005, at Newport Health and Rehabilitation Center following a long illness of Alzheimer's Disease.
She was retired from the First Tennessee Bank in Morristown, following 21 years of employment. She was formerly employed with Ohio National Bank in Columbus, Ohio, with 18 years of service.
She was a member of Briar Thicket Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Bertha Parker, of Morristown; sister, Mollie Buttry; brothers, Danny Parker and Milburn Parker, all of Morristown.
She is survived by her husband, Ordway Holt, of Bybee; sister, Bobbie Wallace, of Columbus, Ohio; nieces and nephews-in-law, Lena and Charles Lovell, of Bybee, and Katherine and Tim Holt, of Newport; nephews, Gary Wallace and Sammy Wallace, of Columbus, Ohio.
The family would like to thank Baptist Hospital of Cocke County and Newport Health and Rehab and their staff members for their care and concern during her illness.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, November 17, 2005, at Manes Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be held Friday, November 18, 2005 at 11 a.m., in Glendale Cemetery with the Rev. Arnold Webb officiating.
