Billy was a US Army veteran and a brick mason for over 40 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gladys and Olin Davis, and sister, Carolyn Ferguson. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Barbara Davis; sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara and Jack Helton and Oletta and Dennis Tilley; brother and sister-in-law, Odie and Margie Davis; children, Bryan Davis and wife Tina, Denise Bulechek and husband Ken, Diana Rogers, Debbie Breeden and fiancée Bruce, and Scott Davis-Whisman; grandchildren, Christopher and Courtney Davis, Lynnsey Breeden, and John Dyer; great-grandchildren, Abby Dyer and Dakota Raines; mother-in-1aw, Thelma Boring and husband Paul; sister-in-law, Pat Murr; 1 nephew; 5 nieces; and numerous great-nephews and nieces. Inurnment service will be held Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at Tennessee Veterans Cemetery in Knoxville.
