TERRY, HAZEL CLABO - age 93 of Knoxville, passed away Saturday, July 15, 2006 at St. Mary's Residential Hospice and is now at peace with her loving Lord. She is retired from Knox County School System and taught children in their Sunday School Class for many years. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother and her family was the Love of her life. Preceded in death by: husband, Rev. Robert Terry Sr.; daughter, Rhonda Kirby; son, Robert Terry Jr; grandson, Robert (Bob) Terry III; parents, Luther and Corina Clabo. Survivors: son and daughter-in-law, Jess (Buster) and Shirley Terry; daughter-in-law and loving caregiver, Claudette Terry; son-in-law, Roy Kirby; grandchildren, Teresa Comb, Jewell Glasgow, Jim Terry, Charlotte Giles, Kenny Terry and Julie Herrell; several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; sister, Ruth Chamberlin. Funeral service 8 p.m. Monday at Bridges Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Al Smith officiating. Family and friends will meet at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday at Asbury Cemetery for the interment at 10:00 a.m. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Bridges Funeral Home, 5430 Rutledge Pike 523-4999.
