Christopher Wayne (Chris) Heath, age 21, of Knoxville passed away Thursday December 10, 2009. Chris was a 2007 graduate of Bearden High School. He was a Chef with Bearden Banquet Hall for more than three years. Chris enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially with his grandfather. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. Chris is survived by his mother, Emily Rowe; father, Gregory Scott Heath; brother, Scott Heath; niece, Haley Grace Heath; grandparents, June and Wanda Day, Mary Ann Heath all of Knoxville, Jack and Betty Heath of Indiana; great grandmother, Opal Bowling of Knoxville; uncles, Steve Day and Mike Day; aunt, Kelly Weaver; many cousins; mentors and friends, Johnny Guffey and Mark Smothers. The family will receive friends 4 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. Saturday at Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel with a Celebration of Life to follow at 6 p.m. Family and friends will gather at 11 a.m. Sunday at Lakeview Cemetery in Lenoir City for Graveside Services. Pallbearers: Josh Barnes, Jordan Jenkins, Logan DePalmer, Matt Whitton, Mitch Brown and Andrew Laulusa. Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel, 11915 Kingston Pike is serving the Heath Family.
