She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and a member of Home Demonstration Club and Keep in Touch Club (K.I.T. Club). Preceded in death by husband, Paul M. Headrick; granddaughter, Judy Headrick; six sisters and three brothers, Survivors include sons and daughters in law, Earl and Margaret Headrick of Nashville, Kenneth and Evelyn Headrick of Maryville; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; sisters, Jane Whitehead of Maryville. Funeral service will be 8 p.m. Tuesday June 5, 2001 in the Trinity Chapel of Smith Mortuary with Rev. Greg Long officiating. Family and friends will assemble 9 a.m. Wednesday June 6, 2001 at Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Building Fund, 3736 Tuckaleechee Pike, Maryville, Tenn. 37801.
