Miller, 86, of Fort Payne, passed away Monday, Sept. 14, 2009. Funeral services were held Thursday, Sept. 17, at W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Burial followed in Glenwood Cemetery. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Raymond Jr. and Freda Miller of Seffner, Fla.; step-son, Billy Joe Killian of Catersville, Ga.; brothers, James Miller of Seymour, Tenn., Kyle Miller and Arthur Miller, both of Oak Ridge, Tenn., and John Miller of Clinton, Tenn.; four grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. Mr. Miller was preceded in death by his wife, Mattie Stephens Miller; step-daughter, Mitzi Shaw; and sister, Catherine Percival.
