PERCIVAL, CATHERINE LOUISE - age 74, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2002, at St. Mary's Hospital, after a courageous fight with a lingering illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Virginia Miller and oldest son, David Bryan Percival. Survivors: husband of 53 years, Hubert Douglas Percival sons, Donald M. Percival, Douglas Glenn, and daughter-in-law, Carolyn three grandchildren, Allison Louise Percival, Bryan and Benjamin Percival brothers, Kyle Miller of Knoxville, and Raymond Miller of Alabama brothers and sisters-in-law, Arthur and Carolyn Miller, John and Alice Miller of Oak Ridge, and Jim and Doris Miller of Knoxville, and several nieces and nephews. Until her illness, she was a faithful member of Wallace Memorial Baptist Church, and the Hazel Boggiano Sunday School Department of whom she loved dearly. The family would like to give a special thanks to Charlotte Klieman and Angela Goins of St. Mary's Home Health for their loving care during her illness and the second floor nurses at St. Mary's Hospital. Family and friends will meet at Greenwood Cemetery, 10:00 a.m. Friday for a graveside service, Rev. Kent Williams officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests, memorial contributions be made to Wallace Memorial Baptist Church Children's Department, 701 Merchants Road, Knoxville, TN 37912. Friends may call at their convenience Thursday at Mynatt's.
