He was preceded in death by his mother, Louise Miller; sister, Catherine Percival; and brother, Raymond Miller. He is survived by: Wife of 48 years: Doris Miller Son and Daughter-in-law: Tim and Kelley Miller of Seymour Son: Terry Miller of Sevierville Daughter and Son-in-law: Kim and Randy McMillan of Louisville Granddaughter: Stephanie Miller Grandson: Ryan McMillan Brothers: Kyle Miller of Oak Ridge, Arthur Miller, Jr. and wife Carolyn of Oak Ridge, and John Miller and wife Alice of Clinton Brother-in-law: Hubert Percival of Knoxville Several nieces and nephews In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association. Graveside service will be held on Monday, December 28, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery with Dr. Chad Rittenhouse and Rev. Arthur Pedigo officiating.
