He is preceded in death by papaw, Bill Evans. He is survived by his father and stepmother, David and Tammy Evans; mother and stepfather, Sharon and Scott Baisden; brother, Justin Lackey; sister, Jennifer Lackey; grandparents, Clyde and Edith Johnson; grandmother, Jane Evans; great grandmother, Laura Sliger ; uncles, Billy, Johnny, Terry, and Randy Johnson, Donnie Large, Bo Norman, Jim Watson; aunts, Pat Palmer, Wanda Norman, Carol Watson, B.J. Large, Lisa Gallion, Tina Freeman, Joann Whitehead; many cousins and other relatives. Honorary pallbearers will be Randy Johnson and David Evans. Pallbearers will be Brad Estes, Terry Johnson, Johnny Johnson, Robbie Dunn, Bobby Perry, and Rusty Conner. The funeral service will be held Wednesday 2 p.m. at the McCarty Evergreen Chapel with Rev.
