Preceded in death by father, Howard Sliger. Survived by precious mother, who took care of him all his life, Laura Sliger. Brother Bill Sliger and wife Betty; sister Jane Evans, Betty Gordon and husband, LeRoy, Aileen French and husband Norman. His special angel on Earth, Brent Williams; best friend and beloved niece, Wanda Norman; special aunt, Annabelle Sliger. Host of nieces and nephews all who loved him. Member of First Freewill Baptist Church. He was loved by all who knew him. Pallbearers: David Evans, Billy Sliger, Jim Watson, Kris Cardwell, Jim Shepherd, Donnie Large, Michael Palmer, Bo Norman, and Dwight Evans. Interment services will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in Woodlawn Cemetery. Family and friends will assemble in the cemetery at 1:45 p.m. with Rev. Dale Walker and Rev. Glenn Mulkey officiating.
