Charlsie L. Robeson, 85, of 1484 Baysinger Rd., Parrottsville, went to be with the Lord Friday morning, September 20, 2002, following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Robeson was a homemaker and a member of Harneds Chapel Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Robeson; four sisters, Beulah Eisenhower, Bonnie Briggs, Mary Sue Smith and Emma Rader; four brothers also preceded, J.E. Rader, Grady Rader, Mack Rader, and infant brother, Hunley Rader, Jr.
She is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, Lacy Robeson, of the home and Larry and Sharron Robeson, of Murfreesboro; one sister, Elizabeth Blazer, of Parrottsville; two grandchildren, Amber and husband, Joe Reed and Cara Robeson, both of Murfreesboro; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Don and Annette Berney, Mrs. Ruth Parks, Ann McAllister, Charles and Betty Smith and extra special friend, Charlie Smith; and a host of friends.
The family received friends Saturday night, September 21, 2002, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. Service followed at 8 p.m. with Rev. Ronald Adams officiating. Graveside service will be conducted Sunday, September 22, 2002, at Harneds Chapel Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Harneds Chapel Cemetery, c/o Ann McAllister, 203 N. Ridge Dr., Parrottsville, TN 37843.
Brown Funeral Home has been honored to make final arrangements for Mrs. Charlsie L. Robeson.
