Preceded in death by: parents, William and Pearl Carmon; and brothers, Jim and Rev. Charles Carmon. Survived by: wife, Barbara J. Carmon; foster children and spouses, Rebecca and Terry Rogers of Tacoma, Wash., Angela and Charles Goosie, Jr., of Corryton and Lynn Gray of Knoxville; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; brothers, Roy Carmon of Knoxville, Wade Carmon and wife, Audrey of Corryton; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lena and Claude Yarber, of Knoxville, Thelma and Floyd Gamble of Powell, and Eva and H. Kidwell of Corryton; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 11 a.m., Tuesday at Mynatt's Chapel, Rev. Jack Day, Rev. Charles Gray and Rev. Ralph McGhee officiating.
