Nova Helton Dills Hanson, 68, of Kennesaw died Monday, Feb. 27, 2006. Services will be noon Thursday at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw, with the Revs. Albert Helton and Shirley Brown officiating. Burial will be in Pine Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Hanson taught sewing in Cobb County Community Programs. She was Baptist. Survivors include her husband, Hilton Hanson; three sons, Karl Dills of Acworth, Tony Dills of Cartersville and Michael Dills of Rome; two daughters, Karlene Dittrich of Woodstock and Becky Hippensteel of Acworth; five brothers, Albert Helton of Huntsville, Ala., David Helton of Maryville, Tenn., Sam Helton of Newnan, Wendell Helton of Powell, Tenn., and Don Helton of Maryville, Tenn.; and nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Contributions may be made to Tranquility WellStar Community Hospice, 4040 Hospital West Drive, Austell, GA 30106. The family will receive friends from 3 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral Home.
