Genia Millsaps Heaney, age 85 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday November 25, 2009. She was preceded in death by the father of her children, Vernon Ruel Millsaps; several brothers and sisters. She is survived by husband, George Heaney; daughters and son in laws, Dean and Grady Houk of Maryville, Nelda and Tommy Burch of Knoxville; son and daughter in law, Jimmy and Carlotta Millsaps of Louisville; grandchildren, Darrell Burch, Melissa Reeves, Lisa White, Teresa Sutton, Marty Millsaps, and Dwayne Millsaps; great grandchildren, Cory and Kaci White, Cody, Haley, and Jesse Ewing, Ryan Davis and Jake Reeves, Talon Burch, Morgan and Adam McClanahan and Jackson Millsaps; brother, Nelson Bowers of Louisville. Graveside service will be held 10:00 AM Friday November 27, 2009 at Cades Cove Memorial Cemetery, Rev. Tom Hatley officiating.
