Survived by: wife of 56 years, Evelyn Linkous; children, Howard (Bud) Linkous, Jr., Meryl Ann Archer, David Linkous and Janice Hall; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; sisters, Mildred Stooksbury, Leola Linkous and Carolyn Linkous; brothers, Wilfred, Paul and Ronnie Linkous. Special thanks to friends at N.H.C. Ft. Sanders and especially Mark. Funeral service 8 p.m., Monday at Mynatt's Chapel, Rev. Dudley Cockrum, Rev. Charles Oliver and Rev. Perry Austin officiating.
