ESLINGER , MAGGIE LEONA HANCE - age 79 of Milldale Rd., Dandridge died Thursday, October 18, 2001 as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was the daughter of the late Lum and Ollie French and was preceded in death by: her first husband, Floyd H. Hance; brothers, Roy Lee and Willie French. She was an active member of the Hills Union United Methodist Church. Survivors: husband, Turney Eslinger ; daughter, Virginia Hance Racine of Knoxville; son & daughter-in-law, Vonnie and Ginny Lynn Hance of Waynesboro, GA; step-children, Mary Sue and husband Ken Purkey, James Donald and wife Mary Eslinger ; grandchildren, Jim and wife Temple Hance and Daniel Hance; great grandchildren, Nathan and Rebecca Hance; step-grandchildren, Tina and Sonny Wilkinson, Monica and Erin Eslinger and Chris. Interment graveside services Sunday 2:00 p.m. at Hills Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made to the Hills Union United Methodist Church, c/o Lorene Hance, 1503 Sandy Ridge Rd., Dandridge, TN 37725. Arrangements by Farrar Funeral Home, Dandridge.
