ESLINGER, CLARA DOZIER WILSON - age 81, of Dandridge, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 9, 2002. Welcoming her were her parents, Jay Tom and Betty Trosper Dozier; nine brothers and sisters, of whom she was the baby; her son, James Ray Wilson and son-in-law, Frank H. Hancock. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, George Ralph Eslinger of Dandridge; daughter, Betty R. Hancock of Knoxville, with whom she made her home; son and wife, Terry W. and Diane Wilson of Lynchburg, Virginia; step sons, George R. Eslinger, Jr. of Shelbyville and Gary Eslinger of Dandridge; 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 12, 2002, at the Farrar Funeral Home Chapel. Family and friends will meet at Hills Union Cemetery on Thursday, June 13, 2002, for an 11:00 a.m. burial. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family asks, that you take time to visit an in-home patient or nursing home patient. The family wishes to thank Dr. Dennis Duck and his staff at Rutledge Heath Center for their special care. Arrangements by Farrar Funeral Home, in Jefferson City, Tenn. (865) 475-3892.
