RAMSEY, SHELBY JEAN - Age 65, of Lenoir City, passed away Tuesday, June 14th at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center. She was of the Baptist faith and had been a seamstress and day care operator. Her father, William Harris and sister, Lois Thornton, preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband, Meredith Ramsey mother, Onie Harris son, Bobby Ray (Patchus) Paskell of Lenoir City daughter, Glenda Paskell James (David) of Mascot, TN. sisters Wilma Dawson of Piedmont, S.C., Barbara Daniels of Carolina, Puerto Rico, and Becky Bentley of Atlanta, Ga. grandchildren, Chanda Kinney of Suffolk, VA., Jacqueline Fuller of Knoxville, and Calep Paskell of Lenoir City great grandchildren, Kayla Brynn Fuller and Brooke Henderson and Colin Kinney. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 P.M. Thursday, June 16th at Highland Memorial 5315 Kingston Pike. Graveside services will be held at Noon Friday, June 17th at the Chapel Mausoleum at Highland Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Brad Ingram officiating. Arrangements are by Highland memorial Park, Funerals and Cremations 588-0567.
