Survived by step-son Rev. C. Ray Kitts and Barbara, grandchildren David (Debra) and Steve (Jenny) Kitts, April Stoffer and Kara (Jay) Pinkerton and their families; sisters Johnnie Merritt, Bonnie Peters, sisters-in-law,Vera Heiskell, and Velma Kitts Helton, many nieces and nephews and good friends Funeral service will be held Wednesday at 12:00 pm in the Fountain City Chapel of Mynatt Funeral Home with Brother Ted Martin officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery at Maynardville. Active Pallbearers: David and Steve Kitts, Jerry Helton, Darrell McBee, Arthur McRae, and Darrell Calloway. Honorary Pallbearers: Gary Myers, Tony and Wanda Popiolek, Vernice Smith, Pauletta Geter, Jim Lynch, Paul Travers and Larry Helton.
