She was preceded in death by husband, Eugene Sparks; son, Roger Lee Sparks; and grandson, Samuel Sparks; and all her maternal family. She is survived by four grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to, The Gideon’s International, Blount County South Camp, P.O. Box 4035, Maryville, TN 37802-4035. Funeral service will be held 7:00 PM Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Charles Murrell officiating.
