He was preceded in death by his wife Oma Lee; grandson, Jonathan, and brother, James "Jim". Survivors include his mother, Wilba; brother, Jackie; sister, Phyllis Nicely; sons, Charles "Artie" and wife Jamie, and Howard "Eddie" and wife Katrina; grandchildren, Amanda, Jessica, Josh, Cally, Brittany, Samantha, and Kristy; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 7:00 P.M. Sunday, December 19, 2010 in the chapel of Smith-Reagan Funeral Home in Rutledge with Rev. Avery Turley and Rev. Wesley Ingram officiating. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 A.M. on Monday, December 20, 2010 in Mitchell Springs Cemetery for an 11:00 A.M. graveside service. The family will receive friends 5:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M. prior to services Sunday evening at the funeral home. Arrangements by Smith-Reagan Funeral Home of Rutledge, Tennessee
