He was preceded in death by his parents, O.P. and Alta Dockery, and brother, Burn Harris Dockery. He is survived by his son, Greg Cox, of Morristown; daughter, Janice Stewart and husband, Ricky, of Newport; brothers, James Clay Dockery and wife, Kathleen, of Newport; Carl Dockery and wife, Geraldine, of Dandridge; Joe Dockery and wife, Shirley, of Detroit, Mich.; Arthur Dockery, of Newport; Dwayne Dockery, of Newport; sisters, Mary Myers and husband, Clyde, of Pittsburgh, Pa.; Patricia Haney, of Newport; Charlotte Woods, of Knoxville; and Theresa Dockery, of Newport. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, December 24, 2005, at Manes Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Billings, the Rev. Charlie Owensby, and the Rev. Bobby Dockery officiating, with burial in the Gum Springs Cemetery. Family will receive friends 10-11 a.m. Saturday prior to the services at Manes Funeral Home. Manes Funeral Home in charge.
