Randy Elizabeth “Libby” Fox, age 61, of Newport, was born June 13, 1951 and passed away Monday, April 15, 2013, at her home. She was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in by her parents, Allie Williamson Coggins and Oscar Coggins. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Chad and Marcie Fox, of Newport; brother and sister-in-law Junior and Julie Coggins; brother, Carroll Coggins; sisters and brothers-in-law, Rita and Wilbur Gilliland, Linda and Amos Green, Vickie and Mike Harvey; sister, Diane Coggins; cousin, Cheryl Hill; special friend, John Griffith; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held 7:00 pm Thursday, April 18, 2013 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Williams officiating. Burial will be held 11:00 am Friday, April 19, 2013 in Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Thursday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral service.
