He is survived by his wife, Lora Hicks; daughter, Haley Hicks; son, Elliot Hicks, all of Newport; sons, Larry G. Hicks and Joey Hicks, of West Virginia; mother, Debbie Hicks Wiley, of Parrottsville; mother-in-law, Marie Taylor, of Newport; brothers, Marvin and wife, Brenda Hicks, Neal and wife, Deborah Hicks, William Carsen and wife, Sheila Hicks, all of Newport; sisters, Patty Staten, Terry Huffman and husband, Casey, Marlene Hicks, all of Newport, Ellen Gregg and husband, Roger, of Dandridge, Janie Hawk, of Greeneville, Elvie Collins and husband, General, Faye Doss and husband, David, of Richmond, Virginia, and Karen Chapman and husband, Doug, of West VA; and a special friend, John Owens.
