Brewer, Vivian Joyce-age 85 of Knoxville, passed away Friday, October 15, 2010. She was a member of City View Baptist Church of Knoxville. Joyce is preceded in death by her loving husband Howard Brewer, her sons Chuck and Lucky, mother Martha Stewart and four siblings. She is survived by her daughter Pat DeBusk and son-in-law Gene, son Gary Brewer and daughter-in-law Kay, brother Ernie Debord and sister Mildred Grilson of Minnesota; grandchildren: Sonny Gresham (Stacey), Cindi DeBusk (Pete), Danny Brewer (Shanda), Jerry Lynn Brewer, Amber Leigh Brewer; fourteen great grandchildren. Visitation services will be Sunday, October 17, 2010 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Highland South Memorial Park Chapel with the funeral service to follow at 8 p.m. with Rev. Gene Hurley officiating. Interment services will be Monday, October 18, 2010 at 9 a.m. at Highland South Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers: Pete DeBusk, Sonny Greshan, Danny Brewer, Bobby Ogle, Adam Asburry, Jim Compton.
