He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William Webb, Elmer and Pearl Martin, and Menella Rogers. He is survived by his wife, Tina Shelton Webb of Newport; parents, Leroy and Edna Webb of Newport; father-in-law and mother-in-law, R.J. and Regina Shelton of Del Rio; grandparents, Mazell Bryant of Newport; grandmother-in-law and grandfather-in-law, Frank and Ruth Poteete of Del Rio; brothers, Tim and Derrick Webb, both of Newport; adopted brother, Mike Johnson of Newport; sisters and brothers-in-law, Yvonne and Brad Cox of Newport, Serita and Randy Shults of Newport, and Sharon and Mike Cabe of Newport; brother-in-law, Andrew Shelton of Del Rio; special aunts and uncles, Bill and Tish Willett of Morristown and Forest and Kathie Ellison of Newport; several nieces and nephews; a host of family and friends; and special hunting buddies, Dewayne Suggs, Bryan Hill, Shane Ellison, and Brian Suggs. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 7, at Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Hill and Rev. Junior Gorrell officiating. Burial will be in the Union Cemetery.
