He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Edith M. Free Parks; brothers, Calvin, Elmer and Robert Parks; grandmothers, Esther Free and Ethel Parks. He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Roger and Doris Parks of Newport; niece, Brandy Parks of Newport. The family received friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Brown Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kenny Burgin officiating. Burial will be in Faubian Cemetery. Brown Funeral Home in charge.
