Kenneth McMillon, age 75, of San Diego, CA died Monday, April 19, 2009 at his residence. He was born May 4, 1933 in Cocke County, TN to the late Elder Henry and Martha Williamson McMillon. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Goldman McMillon, Andy McMillon, Amos McMillon and Gordon McMillon; and one sister, Flo M. Jenkins.
Mr. McMillon was a retired electrician and was of the Baptist faith. He was also a United States Navy Veteran.
Survivors include three sons, Brian McMillon, Darren McMillon and Jeff McMillon, all of San Diego, CA; three daughters, Terri Sullivan, Cheyenne Mathewson and Susan McFarland, all of San Diego, CA; one brother, Joe McMillon of Lenoir; four sisters, Ila Wood, Tilda McMillon, June Enloe and Ruth Cone, all of Lenoir; and 10 grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Friday, April 24, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Greenwood Memorial Park and Mortuary in San Diego.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Greenwood Memorial Park and Mortuary.
