She is survived by her son, Mason Costner of Newport; daughter, Molly Hale of Newport; brothers and sisters, Jeff “P.P.” (Deanna) Hale of Morristown, Joyce Hale, Amanda (Bob) James, and Matt Nelson (Becky Black) all of Newport; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Patty and Gene Costner; sister-in-law, Mary Ann (Mike) Fullington; special friends, Jamie Sluder, Toby Dunn, Scottie Mayfield, Sandy Freshour, Crystal Willard, Kristi Ball, and Tank Williams. Pallbearers will be Toby Dunn, Tank Williams, Casey Kinsler, Chris Kinsler, Patrick Mason, Garrett Bailey, and Lucas Baxter. Funeral Service will be at 7:00 pm on Wednesday March 23, 2016 in the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Stephen Swann officiating. Burial will be at 11:00 am on Thursday March 24, 2016 in the Hall Cemetery.
