Eliza Lane Bible, 90, of Warrensburg Community, died Friday morning, December 25, at Laughlin Memorial Hospital.
She was a housewife and a member of Warrensburg Baptist Church.
She was the daughter of the late Prime and Sarah Martin Lane and was preceded in death by her husband, Keel Bible; a daughter, Neva Madron; son-in-law, Billy C. Jarrell; two sisters; and three brothers.
Survivors: one son and daughter-in-law, Glen and Serita Bible of Newport; four daughters and four sons-in-law, Marlene and Dan Ayers and June Jarrell, all of Warrensburg Community, Bobbie and Jeff Cox and Jane and Don Weems, all of Mosheim, and Forrest Madron of Bybee; 14 grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Elizabeth Dawson of Eagleville, Grace Turner of Ten Mile, and Ann Honeycutt of Bowater; three brothers, Earnest Lane of Cleveland, Ohio, Connie Lane of Chesapeake, Virginia, and Robert Lane of Sacramento, California; special friends, Heidi and Holli Vrandenburg of Warrensburg Community; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday at Kiser Funeral Chapel with Rev. Bernie Cagle and Rev. Luther Reed officiating. Interment will be in Bible Cemetery.
The body will remain at Kiser Funeral Home throughout the services. The family received friends from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at Kiser Funeral Home.
Kiser Funeral Home, Greeneville, is in charge.
