Forrest Earl Madron of Bybee passed away Saturday, January 17, 2004 at the Heritage Nursing Home in Morristown. He was a member of the Briar Thicket Baptist Church, Warrensburg Masonic Lodge, Knoxville Scottish Rite Bodies, was a life long farmer and avid fox hunter.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Neva Bible Madron.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Cathy Madron of Knoxville; daughter and son-in-law, Peggy and Eugene Smiley of Bybee; grandchildren, Brett Madron and Keely Madron of Knoxville, April and husband, and Tim Bryant of Bybee; great-grandchildren, Forest Fletcher Bryant and Jesse Bryant of Bybee; brother-in-law, Glenn Bible of Newport; sisters-in-law, Marlene Ayers of Midway, Bobbie Cox of Mosheim, June Jarrell of Mohawk, and Jane Weems of Greeneville; half sister, Patsy Stout of Mountain City, TN; and special caregivers, Faye Lawson and Carol Price.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Briar Thicket Baptist Church with Rev. Arnold Webb officiating. Burial will be in the Bible Cemetery. The body will lie in state from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Masonic Service to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Briar Thicket Baptist Church, c/o Clara Reynolds, 492 Briar Thicket Rd., Bybee, Tennessee 37713.
