The future bridegroom is the grandson of Ina Tipton, of Walland, the late Carson Tipton Sr., Frank Toomey, of Seymour, and the late Wilma Toomey. The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate of Wheaton College, Wheaton, Ill. She is a kindergarten teacher at Desert Christian Elementary School, Tucson, Ariz. The bridegroom-to-be is a 1999 graduate of Heritage High School and a 2003 graduate of the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. He is a United States Air Force captain, EC-130H Electronic Warfare officer at Davis Monthan Air Force Base, Tucson, Ariz.
