BLOOMINGTON - Paul M. Beutow, 58, Danville, died at 2:20 a.m. Tuesday (Feb. 27, 2007) at Provena United Samaritans Medical Center, Danville.
His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Beck Memorial Home, Bloomington, with the Rev. Kurt Flora officiating. Burial will be in Park Hill Cemetery, Bloomington. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Central Illinois Community Alternative in Danville.
He was born Jan. 17, 1949, Bloomington, a son of Paul M. and Leona Carr Beutow.
Surviving are sisters, Diane (Norman) Phillips, Normal, and Mary Allen, Sevierville, Tenn.; and brothers, Larry Beutow, Sevierville, Tenn.; Bob (Barb) Beutow, Devils Lake, N.D.; Charles Beutow, Selmer, Tenn.; and Franklin (Susie) Beutow, Bloomington.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
Paul loved bowling and enjoyed meeting people. He participated in the Special Olympics and loved Elvis.
A special thanks to CIAL Unit in Danville for all the good care and love they gave to him.
He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
