PARHAM, WILLIAM (BILL) age 80, of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at Colonial Hills Nursing Home. Bill was of the Baptist faith. He was an Exterminator for over 40 years. He loved history and road trips. He was preceded in death by parents, Murrell and Flora Parham; wife, Mary (Moore) Parham; and sister, Jean Widner. He is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law: Kenny, Rick and Emily and Darrell and Ella Parham; eight grandchildren: Ricky Parham, Jr., Christy Parham, Billy Parham, Kenny Parham, Jr., Missy Parham, April and Nick Elmore, Tiffany Parham and Nikki Parham; six great-grandchildren; sister, Pat Butler; several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday in the Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 8:00 PM, Rev. J.A. Letner officiating. Family and friends will meet at 12:00 noon Saturday at Woodlawn Cemetery for the interment service. www.berryfuneralhome.com
