Phil Killion announces candidacy for CLB Phil Killion is seeking re-election for County Legislative Body, District 4, Post 1. Killion is the son of the late J.W. and Kathleen Killion. He attended Edgemont Elementary and CCHS. He is married to Tammy (Taylor) Killion for 30 years. They are the proud parents of Brandi Reece, Candace Killion and Kayla Estes. Killion is employed by Shoffner Mechanical Services of Knoxville. He is currently the job superintendent at Bush Bros. in Chestnut Hill. Currently, he is on the finance committee and safety committee. Killion has served as chairman for two years during his current term. Taxes, jobs, and services are the biggest concerns of the people. "Don't make promises what you will do, do the best you can," said Killion. "It is very hard to get to see everyone before election. If I haven't got to talk to you, I would like to take this opportunity to ask for your vote," said Killion.
