Oliver-Carver engagement
Oliver-CarverKelli Lucinda Oliver, daughter of David and Carol Oliver, of Maryville, is engaged to marry Ted Carver Jr., son of Ted and Geneva Carver Sr., of Sevierville, and the late Mary Lou Carver, at 2 p.m. July 18 at Dotson Memorial Baptist Church, Maryville. Invitations have been sent.
The future bride is the granddaughter of Frank and Betty Pierce, of Friendsville, and the late James and Minnie Oliver.
The future bridegroom is the grandson of the late Ellis and Mariah Matthews and the late Clyde and Ruby Carver.
The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree. She is employed by Alcoa Materials Management as a Transportation Solution Center supervisor.
The bridegroom-to-be is a 1995 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is employed by Braxton-Bragg as a logistics manager.

Kelli Lucinda Oliver, of Louisville, daughter of David and Carol Oliver, of Maryville, was united in marriage with Ted Carver Jr., of Seymour, son of Ted and Geneva Carver Sr., of Sevierville, and the late Mary Lou Carver, at 2 p.m. July 18 at Dotson Memorial Baptist Church. The Rev. Dustin George officiated.
Christi Oliver, of Maryville, was maid of honor, and Tara Jo Blair, of Maryville, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Ashley Monge, of Estero, Fla., and Leah Smith, Jill Ridings and Janna Newman, all of Maryville.
Grace Oliver was flower girl. Baylor Burchette and Tyler Rich were ring bearers. Miriam Napier and Megan Revis kept the bride's book.
Ted Carver Sr., of Sevierville, was best man. Groomsmen were Kevin Blazer, of Knoxville, Rusty Smith, of Knoxville, Sean Wolfe, of Scott Depot, W.Va., Scott Ward, of Sevierville, and Robbie Styles, of Del Rio. Ushers were Josh Oliver, Aaron Burchette, Brandon Burchette, and Dustin Shultz.
A reception hosted by the parents of the bride was held at the church's Christian Activity Center. Attendants were Heather Clark and Stacie Norris.
After a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico, the couple are living in Louisville.
