Family and friends will meet 10:45 am, Thursday in Cedar Grove Cemetery for interment services at 11:00 am. Pallbearers will be Johnathan Elkins, Richard Dailey, Jr; Richard Dailey, Sr; Mitchell Branch, Myles Ross, Dawn Elkins.
