She is by her husband, Roger Fields of Newport; son Jeffery Ray ((Tammie) Mooneyham of Indiana; daughter, Glenda (Dale) Yarbrough of South Carolina; brother, Carl James of White Pine; sisters, Brenda (Boone) Kelly of Newport, Alma Buckner of Talbott, Van (Barry) Oswall of North Carolina; grandchildren, Jamie M. Letterman, of South Carolina, Angela R. Letterman of South Carolina, James Alvin Mooneyham of Washington State, Brittany and Brandon Mooneyham of Newport; great-grandchildren, and Gabriel Triston Tod Letterman. Funeral service 7 pm Friday in Manes Funeral Home West Chapel. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm Friday, August 11, 2017 at Manes Funeral Home. Entombment services will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, August 12, 2017 in Resthaven Memorial Mausoleum, with Rev. Jeff Harvel officiating.
