She was a member of Lincoln Park Baptist Church and had retired from Levi Straus & Company of Cherry Street after many years of service. Preceded in death by: husband, Roy E. James parents, Bertha Keys Waggoner and Fate Waggoner brother, Lee Waggoner sisters, Inez Keck, Delphia Campbell, Ora Nance, Mary Brock and Betty Newman. Survived by: daughters and son-in-law: Doris Breeden and Virgil Breeden of Knoxville, Joyce Wallace of Crossville, TN grandchildren, Capt. Greg Wallace-U.S. Navy and wife Maria of Leonardtown, Md., Jamie Shelton and husband Hugh of Monterey, TN, Lisa Byrnes and John of Knoxville, TN great grandchildren, Brooke Depew, Bradley Depew, Jeffery Shelton, Hannah Shelton, Matthew Shelton, Ryan Acuff special niece, Jerrie Taylor and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at the West Adair Entrance to Lynnhurst Cemetery 10:45 a.m. Thursday for an 11:00 a.m. interment service.
