Ogle, Mildred Bales, age 79, of South Knoxville, passed away Friday, May 18, 2007 at Maryville Healthcare. She was a life-long member of Marble City Baptist Church and Homemakers’ Sunday School class. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Harvey Bales and Pearl Hickam Bales, and brother Ray Bales.
Survivors
Husband of 59 years, B.C. Ogle; daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Eric Sliger of Kingston, TN; grandson, Ryan Bean of Sumter, SC; step-granddaughters: Kim Lane of Mt. Pleasant, SC; Kelly Mays of Summerville, SC; step-great-grandsons, Wallace and Eric Mays; sisters, Jewel Davis and June Seaton of Knoxville; Ann Marquette of Jackson, MS; several nieces and nephews.
Service
Family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Sunday with funeral services to follow at 7:00 PM in the Chapel of Berry Funeral Home, Rev. George Williams officiating. Family will meet at Woodlawn Cemetery at 11:00 AM Monday for interment services. Arrangements by Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
