C., JR. - age 73, of Newport, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2002, at Baptist Hospital of Cocke County. He was a member of Catons Grove United Methodist Church, and was a Veteran of the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Joe and Claude Sauceman sisters, Dorothy West, Wanda Holloway, and Zena Sauceman. He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, William and Sandy Sauceman, Jesse S. and Vickie Sauceman daughters and sons-in-law, Mae S. and Tom Testerman, and Dottie S. and Gary Ford grandchildren, Robert Thornton., Jennifer Sauceman, Amanda Ford, Rick Testerman and David Testerman great-grandson, Ashton Thornton, and former wife, Althie Sauceman, all of Newport. The funeral will be held 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, 2002, at Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Dennis Surber officiating, with burial 10:00 a.m. Wednesday in Union Cemetery.
