She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Ownby; parents, Willie And Arline Caton Black; sister, Lucy Owenby; brothers, Abe, Creed, Hubert Black. She is survived by her daughters, Shirley (George) Shelton, Mollie (Dennis) Williams, Gail (Allen) Cutshaw; son, Dale (Sylvia) Ownby; grandchildren, Jeff Shelton, Wade Williams, Lucas Williams and Kyle Cutshaw; great-grandchildren, Ivy Shelton, Haddlee and McKynlee Williams; sister-in-law, Margie Black; special friends, Jessie Skeen, Wilma Whitaker, Bea Loy, Carolyn Voiles, Emma Howard, Sylvia and Richard Dillon; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Saturday, Jan. 9 from 12:30 to 2 p.m. prior to the service at Fielden Funeral Home in New Market. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at Fielden Chapel with Brother Steve McClane officiating. Interment to immediately follow the service in Valley View Cemetery.
