Brandon Jacob Frye, son of James D. and Mitzi Frye Jr., died October 10 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jacob Hunter Frye; and great-grandfather, Ellis Jenkins. Other survivors are his brother, James D. Frye III; grandparents, Robert and Vicky Hall and James D. and Karen Frye Sr., all of Newport; and great-grandmothers, Eula Jenkins of Newport and Ernistine DeRossett of Tampa, Florida. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Manes Funeral Home with the Rev. Ransom Hall officiating. Interment will be in the Dutch Bottom Cemetery. Manes Funeral Home is in charge.
