Thomas C. “Tommy” Bryant, age 76, of Newport, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2016 In Bowling Green, Kentucky. He retired from Ball Corporation. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill Bryant and Ruth Sisk Bryant; brothers, J. B. Greer, (Hack) Haskell and Tim Bryant; sister, Mary Helen Williams. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Lois Bryant and canine companion Riley; son and daughter-in-law, Rusty and Lisa Bryant; daughter, Sharrie Gregg and Bob Cusick; daughter and son-in-law, LuLu and Rickey Cashen; son-in-law, Freddie Gregg; grandchildren, Kristin and Scott Miller, Leslie and Jesse Lloyd, Sara and Jennifer Fine, Lacey and Dustin Williamson, Lindsey Bryant, Arielle and Daniel Blankenship, Jordan Cashen and Sarah Cody, Lucy Lane Bryant, MaCayla Gregg, Nicholas Cashen, Delilah Cashen, Eric, Chad and Adam Neal; seven great-grandchildren; brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Chip and Linda Bryant, Bobby and Emma Lou Harper, Tootie and Warren Breeden, Betty Williams, Sarah Stuart, Vivian Bryant, Nancy and Dennis Johnson, Wade and Henritta Lane, Jack Henry, Carrie and James Watts; several special nieces, nephews, other family and friends. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Manes Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, July 7, 2016 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Ben Watts and Maurice Shults officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery.
