Survivors: Wife of 48 years: Vivian Koontz Sons: Tim Koontz and wife Linda of Knoxville Mark Koontz and wife Jill of Seymour Grandchildren: Dustin Koontz and wife Kayla, Dana, Morgan and Allison Koontz Brothers: Ralph Koontz, Ken Koontz and wife Diane Sister: Marion Pack Sister-in-law: Juanita Koontz Wagner Several nieces and nephews and many friends.
